Maison Builders D Ltd carried out an extensive programme of construction and fit-out works as a subcontractor working with Birch Street Construction, the main contractor, on the redevelopment of a former office building in Wolverhampton.
The development comprised 216 studio apartments and the addition of an extra floor at roof level. Our package included structural construction, floor and roof works, partitions and insulation, building services installations, bathrooms, apartments and communal-area finishes.

Rooftop extension & steelwork
New structural framing, timber joists, decking, partition framing, and roofing and waterproofing works.

Partitions, insulation, first-fix services, boarding and refurbishment of existing interiors.
Residential fit-out
Bathrooms, tiling, studio interior finishes and refurbishment of communal areas and stairways.
