Privacy Notice.

Maison Builders D Ltd is responsible for personal information you choose to send when enquiring about our services. You can contact us at enquiries@maisonbuildersd.co.uk.

Information we receive

If you email us or use the email-preparation form on this website, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, project location and information about your enquiry. This website’s form opens your own email application; it does not submit enquiry details to a website database.

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to questions, discuss potential work, prepare quotations, manage business communications and comply with relevant legal obligations. Our legal grounds may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who handles it

Enquiry emails are handled using our business email service, Namecheap Private Email. Website hosting and related technical services may process limited technical data to deliver and secure this website. We do not sell enquiry information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records or legal obligations, and then remove it when it is no longer necessary.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact enquiries@maisonbuildersd.co.uk to discuss a request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

We do not intentionally place advertising or analytics cookies through our website code. Essential security measures provided by our hosting service may operate when the site is accessed.
